This thesis aims to design a balanced scorecard for PT X, family-owned construction company which has yet implement quantifiable performance evaluation system. The decision use is based on the company’s need create an understanding of its strategy across ranks, and help with execution. research conducted qualitative methodology, case study approach. Data collection done through in-depth interview director managerial staff better understand strategic objectives set targets capability. analysis found 13 28 indicators four perspectives scorecard.
